SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

·         Diploma in Real Estate. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.

 

 

 

Requirement:

·         3 to 5 years of Sales experience preferably in the same field.

·         Technical knowledge about Real Estate and the projects.

·      Proficiency of Business Ethics and customer greetings Protocol, Microsoft Office package. Real Estate related solutions and platform. CRM.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and maximize opportunities for increasing sales. Attending hot leads for conversion into sales.
  • Confirm the outcome of meetings with line manager.
  • Ensure legal documents and filing process is managed for each unit sale and ensure all paperwork is complete and ready for archiving.
  • Promote the company’s inventory to generate sales.
  • Take responsibility for all company generated leads through all marketing channels (Website, social media, direct marketing, Events, etc.).
  • Compile, maintain and continuously generate a database of customers that might potentially be interested in our properties /offering.
  • Maintaining project Data profiles to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to the customers.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations, assembling property portfolios to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with potential customers to determine their property needs, follow up on a regular basis by gathering all necessary information and offer matching properties of correspondence.
  • Update existing buyers about the project progress.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences and events and establish contacts and networks to maximize sales.
  • Address all existing customer needs in a professional manner providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on collections of monies over periodic timeframes for all closed sales.
  • Ensure customer database and CRM systems are kept up to date.
  • Being available to travel within the country and abroad as per the business needs.
  • Attend all types of events organized or sponsored by the company as per the directives of the GM.
  • Assist with the gathering of market research when required.
  • Report any deviation in quality standards to the GM.
  • Assist the team and motivate them to achieve their targets.
  • Attending some of the sales meetings along with the team for observation purposes.
  • To make sure that all leads and sales are uploaded to the CRM.
